Our trip begins with a visit to the Necromanteion of Preveza, a site deeply connected to ancient Greek mythology. According to the myth, this was the place where the ancient Greeks could communicate with the dead. The Necromanteion is located near the Acheron River, which was believed to be one of the rivers leading to the Underworld, famously depicted in Homer’s Odyssey.
